The automatic voltage regulator is designed to give control over the tap- changer of power transformers. It also includes a powerful Automatic Tap Changer Control function (manual control included) along with voltage protection functions. The voltage control function can be performed automatically or in manual mode of operation, the personnel of the substation can set the network voltage according to requirements. The device can handle up to 4 parallel transformers depending on the minimum circulating current or master-slave principles
